The Conference, "From Research to Action: Mitigating HIV/AIDS Impacts on Agriculture and Food Security in West Africa" is planned to take place in Cotonou, Benin, 1-4 October 2007 and is open to all those who are interested in the mitigation and prevention of the impacts of HIV/AIDS on agriculture in Africa in general and in West Africa in particular. Policy makers and front-line practitioners in HIV/AIDS and food security mitigation programs from research, development, donor community, civil society, are especially invited to attend.
